How to Join the Club or Renew Your Membership
Step 1.- Join the Club or Renew Membership
1. Dues are paid annually on about your anniversary date.

2. When your dues are received, your anniversary date is increased by one year.
​
3. Therefore, you will not loose days by paying early or get extra days by paying late.
​
4. The cost is $25 for Prince Georges county and Montgomery county residents. For others, the cost is $33.
​
5. Dues are paid by adding money to your ParksDirect account.
Step 2.- How to Add Money to Your ParksDirect Account

1. Click Here to go to the ParksDirect page.
​
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Your name will now appear in the upper left of the screen under MY ACCOUNT.
​
4. Click "MY ACCOUNT" and look under "History & Balances" and click on "Add Credit".
5. Depending on the last time you signed in, you may be asked to update account information. Follow the prompts and you will get to a point where you can "Add Credit". This is where you enter either $25 or $33. NOTE: You may already have money on your account from a previous transaction. Check your balance first.

Step 3. - Notify the Nature Center Staff and Club President
1. The last thing you need to do is notify the Nature Center Staff and Club President that your dues are ready for processing.

2. Send an email to the three people below that says:
"My name is ________________. (I'm a member) or (I have completed the class and wish to become a member) of the Lapidary Club.
I have put ( $25) or ($33) on my account. My phone number is ____________. Please update my membership."

3. Send the message to:
